What to Expect
Our ATV units are not allowed into Yellowstone Park.
If you’re curious about what to expect when you rent from us, you’ve come to the right place. First, you’ll be happy to know that we offer a variety of excellent options, including the Outlander™ Max ATV for one or two riders. We also offer UTV rentals able to carry 2 to 6 passengers. Get more details on our UTV rentals here. Most importantly, safety is our top priority when you use our ATV's. When renting our ATV's, helmets are required and will be provided with each rental unit. We also recommend that you wear long pants and supportive footwear when you’re riding. Remember sunglasses and something to cover your face to protect from the dust. Be ready to get dirty! You don’t want to wear your favorite outfit when you hit the trails on a powersports vehicle.
When you receive your rental unit, it will have a full tank of gas so you can start riding immediately. Keep in mind that you’ll need to refill the tank before you return it, so you only pay for the gas that you use. Remember that you’ll be on your own out in the forest. You won’t be able to hop off and run into the grocery store. Therefore, it’s a good idea to pack plenty of snacks and drinks along for the ride. We have small coolers and storage boxes available for storing supplies.
We offer competitive rates that you won’t find anywhere else. If this is your first time, we’d be happy to provide you with some recommendations based on your plans. Generally speaking, you’ll need at least 4 hours to complete the shorter rides. The detailed breakdown of our rates is outlined below. Don’t forget that the age requirement for renting one of our off-road vehicles is 21. All drivers operating the vehicles must have a valid driver’s license and be 18 years of age or older.
Our ATVs
We’ve got a fine stable of ATVs for your ride. One favorite is the Outlander™ Max ATV from Can-Am®. It’s a burly, powerful machine, versatile enough for any season or terrain.
No matter which ATV rental you ride, we‘ll make sure you’re prepared for the experience. Helmets are required and are included with each rental unit. You should plan on wearing long pants and rugged footwear; wearing sunglasses or goggles to protect your eyes from dust; and wearing a bandana or mask for dust protection. Plan to get dirty!
We’ll send you out with a full tank of gas, and you need to return it full, please. We can provide you with routes and maps of the best ATV trails near West Yellowstone. Bring along any essentials you’ll need, such as snacks and drinks. We can provide small coolers and storage boxes.
Please contact us at Yellowstone Adventures if you need any more details! We will do everything we can to set you up for a day you’ll never forget in the wondrous wildlands of Montana.
